Tour Reservation Guidelines

TOUR CONDITIONS

Price is quoted based on per adult.
Minimum 15 persons above will be departed for each tour program.
Tour program should be changed or cancelled less than 15 persons.
In this case, Tour applicants have options of taking alternative tour programs or Allow to cancel without any cancellation charge.
Child fare : Under 2years old – No charge, No service
Tour time could be change by local weather condition
Pick up & Drop off point : BEXCO
Inclusion – Tour Guide Throughout (English Speaking) Transportation, Admission Fee, Lunch at Local Restaurant (Full day tour only)

Reservation should be made through website with application form with full payment.
Admission fee will be charged if you cancel your reservation after full paying by credit card.

Dates	Policy
7 Days Ahead	Cancellation fee will be 20% of the total amount.
2 Days Ahead	Cancellation fee will be 50% of the total amount
1 Day Ahead or on Tour Day	Cancellation fee will be 100% of the total amount

There is no responsibility for any missing of personal belongings during the tour.
Post Tour does not include travel insurance. We highly recommend to buy the Travel insurance individually before departure from your country.
