Hotel Reservation Guidelines
GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENT
- Room reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
- We strongly recommend making your reservation no later than August 25, 2017. Room availability is not guaranteed for reservations made beyond this date.
- For the hotel reservation, please do contact the hotel directly for changes or cancellation.
- Please carefully read the cancellation and refund policies below prior to making your reservation.
- Early check-in (before 15:00) & late check-out (after 12:00) cannot be guaranteed and extra charge will be applied.
- The room rate is inclusive of tax and service charges.
- The shuttle bus will be provided with no charge by organizing committee only between official hotels listed below and the venue.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
- The room will be guaranteed by the given credit card information and room fee will be charged by the hotel when you check-out.
- Receipt will be issued by the hotel when you check-out.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- Any change or cancellation requests must be made in writing via e-mail to the hotel directly.
- All dates are based on Korean standard time (GMT+9hours).
- Refund will be processed after the congress according to the following policy and all processing fees will be deducted from the reimbursement.
