About ISAAR
|
| |
 |
Despite its short history
since 1997, the International Symposium on Antimicrobial
Agents and Resistance (ISAAR) became the most
representative international meeting on antimicrobial
resistance and infectious diseases in the Asian-Pacific
region. ISAAR aims to contribute to the pivotal
exchange of state-of-the-art information and
data on infectious diseases and antimicrobial
resistance in the world. Epidemiology, mechanism
of resistance, pathogenesis, clinical impact,
development of new antimicrobial agents and
vaccines, and guidelines of treatment and prevention
are the major issues of ISAAR.
This cutting-edge information can foster global
solutions to the problem of infectious diseases
and antimicrobial resistance. ISAAR is a very
special global-scale meeting with strong emphasis
on antimicrobial resistance, antimicrobial treatment,
new antimicrobial agents and vaccines, and our
future strategies against infectious diseases
threats. ISAAR is truly a world's premier convention
on antimicrobial agents, resistance and important
infectious diseases issues.
