Please notify the ABB if cultures are received in a non-viable condition and if cells do not grow due to unsatisfactory material. Should the claim for replacement be justified and reported within 30 days, we will replace it free of charge as soon as possible. ABB does not assume responsibility for loss or deterioration of cultures due to strikes or delays in the Customs of the PURCHASER country.
